Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy automation workflows using the Itential Automation Platform (IAP).
- Collaborate with network engineers, developers, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into automation solutions.
- Design end-to-end automation workflows for network and operational processes, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
- Create and manage device and API integrations within Itential to streamline workflows.
- Monitor and maintain deployed workflows, addressing performance issues and making iterative improvements.
- Leverage Itential's API, adapters, and modules to create custom automation use cases.
