Key Requirements Strong management and leadership experience, with the ability to lead, develop and motivate a high-performing team.
Significant experience across financial reporting, technical accounting, audit and regulatory returns.
Strong tax experience, including VAT and corporation tax.
Confident working with senior stakeholders, auditors and regulatory bodies.
Experience within a large, complex organisation; education, public sector or not-for-profit experience would be advantageous.
