I'm working with a family-office backed platform looking to hire an Investor Relations / Capital Raising Manager to support fundraising across a portfolio of high-growth businesses. My client is looking for someone who can demonstrably raise capital for start-ups, with experience supporting businesses across biotech, medtech, ecommerce, and SaaS. A strong understanding of differing investor audiences and growth stages is essential. This is a hands-on, high-impact role working directly with senior leadership, portfolio CEOs, and external investors.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading and supporting capital-raising initiatives
- Building relationships with institutional investors, family offices & HNWIs
- Preparing pitch decks, investor materials & data room content
- Managing investor updates, reporting and communications
- Supporting CEOs and CFOs through fundraising processes
- Acting as a trusted bridge between investors and portfolio company
