We are working with a leading healthcare data and automation solutions provider supporting NHS organisations across the UK, who are looking to hire a Service Delivery Consultant to join their growing delivery team. This is a customer-facing role focused on service desk coordination, ticket management, client communication, and ensuring high service standards across a portfolio of NHS customers.

MUST HAVE: Experience supporting NHS organisations or healthcare technology environments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for support enquiries
  • Managing and prioritising tickets through to resolution
  • Coordinating between clients and technical teams
  • Monitoring SLAs and ensuring timely updates
  • Supporting proactive service delivery and continuous improvement

Candidates must have:

  • Proven experience in service desk/support environment (NHS or Healthcare organisation)
  • Strong customer communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with ticketing/helpdesk systems
  • Strong Knowledge of SQL Server / SQL
  • Exposure to Office 365 / Azure environments
  • Ability to work across technical and non-technical teams

Predominantly home-based with occasional travel to HQ and client sites.
