I'm currently partnering with a well-established, market-leading global business to recruit a Group Finance Manager for their EMEA Controllership team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically strong accountant who enjoys working in a multi-entity environment and is looking for a high-impact role within a large, complex organisation.

The Role

Based at the company’s office in Bracknell (with hybrid working), this position will see you leading a small team and overseeing the financial reporting for ten central legal entities across the UK and mainland Europe. It’s an ideal role for someone who thrives on technical accounting, compliance, and process improvement in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the monthly financial close process, ensuring full compliance with US GAAP and SOX requirements
  • Lead and develop a team of three finance professionals
  • Oversee the preparation of statutory financial statements under UK GAAP (FRS 102) and manage external audits
  • Drive process improvements to improve efficiency and control
  • Collaborate with finance teams across the UK, mainland Europe, and the US to support reporting and business decision-making
