Our client, a leading global consultancy, are seeking an experienced SAFe B2B Portfolio Architect to lead portfolio-level architecture within a major enterprise transformation programme. Operating in a scaled agile environment, the role focuses on defining and governing architecture across service management domains—including incident and change management, monitoring, and reporting—ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy and enabling cross-functional delivery teams.
Key Skills and Experience:
- 15+ years of IT experience, with 10+ years in architecture roles.
- Strong experience delivering architecture in a SAFe environment (SAFe for Architects certification preferred).
- Deep understanding of B2B telecommunications services and familiarity with industry frameworks such as TM Forum and Open Digital Architecture (ODA).
- Knowledge of service management processes including Incident, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management, along with monitoring and reporting systems.
- Experience with platforms such as ServiceNow, Splunk, and Ciena UAA is advantageous.
- Strong background in end-to-end architecture (functional, software, and technical) across complex programmes.
- Proficiency with architectural frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or similar.
- Experience in architecture governance, target-state definition, and roadmap creation.
- Skilled in cross-functional stakeholder engagement, with excellent communication and leadership abilities.
