A background within entertainment, events, retail, luxury or other highly customer-focused environments would be particularly relevant, especially within businesses recognised for exceptional service standards.
The culture is entrepreneurial, dynamic and fast moving. The successful EA must be adaptable, responsive and comfortable being available beyond traditional office hours where required although the role is based in London, it is hybrid. Salary £55,000 + excellent benefits package.
