As an assistant director of enrollment, you will strive to meet your assigned region’s enrollment goals by providing individual support to students, parents, and educators at various stages of the admission process. You will receive and process documents necessary for admission and scholarship evaluation, prepare files for review, and make acceptance recommendations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Evaluating transcripts
  • Researching and developing knowledge of educational ladders, grading scales, and GPA conversions
  • Becoming well-versed in the education systems of your region
  • Financial document assessments for I-20 form issuance
  • Serving as an intermediary between students and the International Student Services Office (ISSO)
  • Operating Banner and Salesforce systems for document and data tracking
  • Following up with potential students regarding application and enrollment completion
  • Encouraging matriculation and housing reservation payments
  • Collaborating with other departments to plan and execute events
  • Submitting monthly caseload reports
  • Maintaining an individual travel calendar
  • Managing travel information in Salesforce
  • Working with various departments to plan events and schedule visits to strategically identified institutions
  • Fostering relationships with organizations to raise awareness of SCAD
  • Delivering creative classroom presentations during events
  • Assisting with planning and executing on-campus events
  • Leading tours and meeting with prospective students
  • Covering LiveAgent shifts and participating in evening and weekend special events
  • Organizing and hosting Educator Forums
  • Attending training sessions and mentoring new staff
  • Reviewing team meeting minutes and providing regular feedback to leadership
  • Staying current with all university policies and procedures, events, accolades, and programs

The ideal candidate demonstrates excellent writing, organization, and presentation skills. They work well both independently and in team settings and are willing to adapt to a varied schedule. Additional requirements include:

  • Ability to travel internationally extensively

  • Valid driver’s license

Work hours: The university work week is Sunday through Saturday. Most offices are open Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. To accommodate business needs, employees may be assigned to other workdays and/or hours, including weekends and evenings.
