Savanna Staff Solutions are proudly supplying Class 1 Drivers in support of the most well-known postal service in the world, driving their Big Red Trucks.
We need multiple Class 1 Drivers for different sites: Heathrow, Greenford, Park Royal, Woking, Hounslow and more!
Your daily Class 1 Driver duties will include:
- Transport of mail on cages (York's) to various mail depots around the UK
- Possible offloading of yorks on loading bays
- Possible trailer swaps
- Possible stand by driver
To be considered for this Class 1 Driver role, you must be in the UK and have the right to live and work in the UK before applying. You must also have the following attributes:
- Current UK/Ireland driving licence held for a minimum of 2 years (insurance purposes)
- Current CPC card Digi card with knowledge on manual entry
- Experience on the road and be able to pass a driving assessment with a blind reverse
- Good English to communicate with transport offices in English
Our client is looking for an experienced Class 1 Driver to join their busy team for ongoing assignments for the rest of the year and possibly into next year at:
- Park Royal/London
- Hounslow/Jubilee
- Slough/Heathrow Depot
- Greenford Depot
- Woking
