Savanna staff Solutions are looking for Class 1 Driver for different sites Langley, Greenford, Park Royal and Hatfield and your Class 1 Driver Daily duties will include: Transport of Mail on Cages (York\’s) to various mail depots round the UK Possible offloading of yorks on loading bays Possible trailer swaps Possible stand by driver To be considered for this Class 1 Driver role, you must be in the UK and have right to live and work in the UK before applying will need the following attributes: Current UK/Ireland Driving Licence held for minimum 2 years Current CPC card Digi card with the knowledge to input manual entry Have experience on the road and be able to pass a driving assessment Have Good English to communicate to transport offices Our client is looking for experienced Class 1 Driver to join their busy team for ongoing assignments for the rest of the year and possibly into next year at: Park Royal/London Slough/Heathrow Depot Greenford Depot Christmas pop-up depot Hatfield The following rates apply, day shift and night shift rates below and an overtime rate of £21.12 that kicks in after 36.25 hours across all sites and shift times. Minimum of 7.25 hours guaranteed per shift PRDC – Park Royal £22.68 £23.95 HWDC – Langley £20.87 £22.14 Greenford DC £22.68 £23.95 Hatfield DC £22.68 £23.95 This is primarily for their Christmas Peak season, but for the right candidates who show they\’ve got what it takes to be a top-class Class 1 Driver, this can continue throughout next year.
