As a Junior Marketing Manager, you\’ll support our growth strategy by helping to execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, drive inbound traffic, and optimize our digital presence. You\’ll collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to generate demand and convert leads through data-driven marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and executing B2B marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and qualified leads.
Create and manage content across multiple channels including website, blog, email, and social media with a focus on SEO and customer pain points.
Help manage the marketing tech stack, including tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, and CRM platforms.
Collaborate with sales to align lead generation efforts and support account-based marketing initiatives.
Conduct market, competitor, and audience research to help refine targeting, messaging, and positioning.
Track KPIs and campaign performance metrics to identify what\’s working and where we can improve.
Support lifecycle marketing efforts including email nurturing, onboarding campaigns, and customer retention strategies.
Assist in organizing webinars, virtual events, or content partnerships with industry influencers.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor\’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
1-2 years of marketing experience, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment.
Familiarity with B2B marketing concepts and customer journey mapping.
Hands-on experience with marketing tools such as:
Content/SEO: SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar.
Solid writing and editing skills with an eye for detail.
Understanding of lead generation funnels and demand generation tactics.
Bonus: Basic knowledge of HTML, email design, or paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
