The RoleWe\âre looking for a passionate Process Development Engineer to turn manual Absence Process Development Engineerto turn manual workflows into robust, scalable manufacturing processes. This onsite role sits at the intersection of handsâon experimentation and dataâdriven decisionâmaking, working from early prototypes through to productionâready systems.
You\âll collaborate across internal teams such as Sensor Development, Automated Equipment, Mechanical Engineering, and Data Engineering, as well as external vendors and suppliers to transform uncharacterised manual or semiâautomated processes into wellâdefined, optimised, and monitored manufacturing workflows.
act as the subject matter expert for 2â4 manufacturing processes, defining process windows and recipes, characterising limits, and optimising for quality, yield, and throughput, enabling seamless integration with evolving product designs.

What We\âre Looking ForDegree in Engineering (Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, or Biomedical)2â5 years of experience in process development or manufacturing engineering, preferably in a regulated industry (medical devices, aerospace, automotive, etc.)Proven ability to develop, characterise, and optimise manual or semiâautomated manufacturing processesStrong background in experimental design, statistical analysis, and root cause problem solvingHandsâon experience with setting process windows, recipes, and acceptance criteriaFamiliarity with process qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ) and test method validationComfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously and working crossâfunctionally with R&D, automation, data, and mechanical engineering teamsStrong communication skills to clearly convey technical issues, risks, and results to stakeholders at all levels
