The Sava School of Surveying provides education to help look after the UK’s 29 million homes. We’re a team of 21, based in Milton Keynes, and we now have a new opportunity for an administrator to join the team working in the marketing department. If you have an interest in developing your career and providing support across the business in a varied role we would love to hear from you.
Previous marketing experience is not necessary, but it is vital that you have a high level of organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks to specific deadlines. GCSEs including English & Maths (Grade A* – C / 9 – 4) with an IT qualification would be an advantage and applicants must be 18 years or above. This role is office-based from our headquarters in Milton Keynes. Part-time working will be considered for the right candidate.

This role presents a great opportunity to work in a team and gain experience. You need to be someone who is happy to get stuck into any task and also suggest new ideas. It is therefore possible to grow with the role, but to start with you will be undertaking the following tasks:
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, events and webinars
- Assist with event management
- Update our website and landing pages
- Support with social media posting
- Manage data within our CRM system (HubSpot)
- Responsible for carrying out inventory checks and ordering collateral
- Create marketing documents such as course dates
- Send emails
- Update mailing lists
Experience of using MailChimp and/or HubSpot is an advantage but not a necessity.
