We are looking for a responsible and dedicated Operations Executive to manage our fleet of vehicles.
Responsibilities:
- Compile all bookings and place on the booking system
- Schedule assignments for drivers
- Follow up with drivers on all assignments and ensure all punctual services are delivered
- Plan and maintain all vehicle inspections, road tax/insurance renewal
- Conduct checks on vehicles for safety and ensure vehicles are up to standards. Report to office on defects
- Ensure daily movements are updated and sent to accounts department
Qualifications:
- Candidate must have decent knowledge of Windows and Excel
- Good in English
