Due to our continued growth, we are currently looking to recruit a Marketing, Media and Graphic Design Assistant to support our Marketing and Communications department in our office in Woking.
Roles and Responsibilities- Developing an in-depth understanding of our products.
- Assisting with preparing marketing materials (technical documents, PowerPoints, adverts, exhibitions).
- Managing web page content (using WordPress / Elementor).
- Co-ordinating events and exhibitions.
- Planning and creating engaging social media content (primarily LinkedIn).
- Setting up, designing and launching external e-mail campaigns.
- Planning / coordinating, designing and delivering our monthly newsletter.
- Ensuring brand consistency across all marketing channels, including websites, social media and documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential, ideally within a B2B environment.
- Previous experience of using the full Adobe Creative suite is essential.
- The ability to work within cross-functional teams.
- A flexible approach to work, being comfortable working in a fast paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
- Outstanding time management, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritise tasks effectively to ensure deadlines are met.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Familiarity with e-mail marketing platforms, content management systems and social media management tools.
Please note: Occasional overnight travel may be required with this role.
