Role Description
The Property Manager role at SAV PROPERTIES LIMITED is a full-time hybrid position based in Leicester, with flexibility for some work from home. The Property Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of residential and commercial properties, including coordinating maintenance, inspections, and repairs. The role involves managing tenant relationships, handling inquiries, organising viewings, and addressing issues in a timely and professional manner. The Property Manager will also support rent collection, tenancy administration, and record-keeping, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies. Additional responsibilities include liaising with contractors and vendors, monitoring budgets, preparing reports, and contributing to process improvements that enhance service quality and property performance.
Qualifications
- Strong property management knowledge, including tenancy administration, maintenance coordination, and familiarity with local housing regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage tenant and client relationships professionally and constructively.
