En qualité de Technicien(ne) de production Eau Potable, vous contribuerez à garantir la qualité du service public d’eau potable sur l’ensemble du territoire, en intervenant sur les unités de production d’eau potable.
Responsabilités:
- Assurer la conduite, le suivi et les réglages des étapes de traitement (décantation, filtration, désinfection…)
- Contrôler les paramètres de qualité de l’eau (analyses physico-chimiques, prélèvements réguliers)
- Surveiller et piloter les installations via la télégestion et les automates
- Réaliser la maintenance de 1er niveau des équipements (pompes, vannes, débitmètres, instruments de mesure…)
- Gérer l’approvisionnement et l’utilisation des réactifs de traitement
- Garantir la traçabilité de vos interventions dans l’outil de GMAO
- Respecter et faire respecter les consignes de sécurité et les procédures qualité

Votre profil:
- Diplômes / Qualifications: Bac pro ou BTS / Métiers de l’eau / Electromécanique / Maintenance Industrielle, ou expérience équivalente dans l’exploitation de services eau et assainissement.
- Expérience: 3 à 5 années dans le domaine des métiers de l’eau ou de la maintenance.
- Compétences: Autonome, réactif, esprit d’équipe. Permis B obligatoire, véhicule de service. Poste soumis à astreintes. Déplacements: Pompey +30 km, déplacement +70 km pendant les astreintes.
Votre rémunération et vos avantages chez Saur:
- Rémunération fixe: salaire de base compris entre 25 250 € brut et 30 400 € brut, versé sur 13,3 mois; prime fixe de 400 € bruts par an (prime des métiers de l’eau).
- Rémunération variable: Primes et indemnités selon vos activités (astreintes, déplacements, travaux de nuit, etc.) Primes de participation et d’intéressement variables selon les résultats de l’entreprise.
- Avantages sociaux: Couverture sociale financée à plus de 50 % par l’entreprise (complémentaire santé, garanties de prévoyance) Plan d’Epargne Groupe et Plan d’Epargne Retraite Collectif (PERECO) avec abondement jusqu’à 960 € brut par an 25 jours de congés payés, plus environ 14 jours de RTT selon les années.
