Votre quotidien chez Saur
En tant qu’Opérateur travaux fuites, vous serez amené à contribuer à la préservation et à l’optimisation du rendement des réseaux d’eau potable et d’assainissement.
Missions principales :
- Réaliser la réparation des fuites sur canalisations
- Réaliser des branchements d’eau potable
- Effectuer le remplacement de poteaux incendies
- Effectuer des travaux de terrassement et de remblaiement nécessaires aux interventions
- Préparer et organiser les chantiers (matériel, sécurité, autorisations de travaux)
Poste à pourvoir pour le 1er juillet 2026.
Votre profil :
- Diplômes / qualifications dans les Travaux Publics
- Expérience significative dans les travaux de canalisation et/ou dans l’exploitation de réseaux d’eaux potable
- Vous êtes titulaire du permis C avec une expérience en travaux publics ou vous avez de l'expérience dans la gestion de réseaux humides.
- Vous avez idéalement le CACES grue auxiliaire, le CACES mini-pelle et l'AIPR
- Vous êtes polyvalent(e), et êtes reconnu(e) pour votre sérieux et votre dynamisme.
- Autonome, vous appréciez de travailler seul(e) ou en équipe et avez le sens du service.

Votre rémunération et vos avantages chez Saur :
Vous rejoindrez le groupe Saur sans aucune période d'essai. Votre rémunération fixe se composera :
- un salaire de base compris entre 25 250€ brut et 30 600€ brut selon votre profil, versé sur 13,3 mois
- une prime fixe de 400 euros bruts par an appelée prime des métiers de l'eau
Pourra s'y ajouter une rémunération variable :
- des primes / indemnités versées selon vos activités (astreintes, déplacements, travaux de nuit, etc.)
- des primes de participation et d’intéressement variables selon les résultats de l’entreprise
Vous bénéficierez d'une couverture sociale financée à plus de 50% par l'entreprise :
- la complémentaire frais de santé (pour couvrir vos dépenses de santé en complément de la Sécurité sociale)
- les garanties de prévoyance (pour assurer le maintien de votre rémunération en cas de difficultés de santé)
Vous pourrez vous constituer une épargne avec le Plan d'Epargne Groupe et le Plan d'Epargne RETraiteCollectif (PERECO) et bénéficier d'un abondement jusqu'à 960 euros brut par an.
