In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Independently design and develop electronic hardware for Industrial Applications such as Electric Actuators.
- Design analog, digital, and mixed‑signal circuits including microcontroller systems, sensor interfaces, power supplies, and signal conditioning.
- Translate subsystem requirements into robust, manufacturable hardware designs.
- Lead in schematic design, component selection, PCB layout, tolerance stack‑up, and routing considerations.
- Perform prototype hardware start‑up, debugging, and functional/performance validation.
- Conduct detailed analysis and resolution of hardware issues during development and testing phases.
- Ensure designs comply with EMI / EMC, safety, and environmental requirements by following established best practices.
- Work closely with firmware, mechanical, and test teams to ensure integrated system‑level solutions.
- Support interaction with suppliers, contract manufacturers, and test labs for prototype and pilot builds.
- Mentor junior engineers in hardware design practices, debugging techniques, and documentation.
- Actively participate in technical reviews, design discussions, and knowledge sharing.
- Communicate progress, risks, and technical challenges to the Technical Lead periodically.
For This Role, You Will Need:
- BE / Equivalent in Industrial Electronics / Electronics and Telecommunication with 8 to 12 years of experience in Electronics Hardware Design and Development.
- Strong hands‑on expertise in analog and digital circuit design.
- Proven experience in microcontroller‑based designs, sensor interfacing, ADCs/DACs, and low‑noise signal conditioning.
- Good understanding of control electronics, signal integrity, grounding, and isolation techniques.
- Experience with communication protocols such as SPI, I2C, CAN, RS485, RS232, Ethernet, or USB.
- Hands‑on experience with AC/DC power supplies, SMPS, and DC‑DC converter designs.
- Ability to take designs from schematic capture to working prototypes, following structured processes from requirements specification, design guidelines, and PCB layout to DFM / DFT, collaborating effectively with mechanical and firmware teams across global locations.
- Solid understanding of EMI / EMC and safety compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in using lab equipment for independent debugging and validation.
- Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional and global teams.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
