Keen for a hands‑on Workplace Change Consultant role to make an impact to support a major workplace transformation programme? This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with business leaders, project teams and employees to drive successful adoption of new ways of working.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver workplace change and engagement strategies.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis and manage stakeholder engagement activities.
• Facilitate workshops, town halls and employee engagement sessions.
• Create communications, training materials and change impact assessments.
• Support workplace moves, occupancy planning and cultural change initiatives.
• Monitor adoption and readiness, providing practical solutions to overcome resistance.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering workplace change programmes within corporate environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience supporting office relocations, workplace transformations, or hybrid working initiatives.
• Ability to operate independently and take a hands‑on approach.
• Excellent workshop facilitation and engagement skills.
