You’ll take ownership of clients, projects, and outputs, overseeing the delivery of high-quality reports, studies, and workplace strategies that influence how organisations work and evolve. You’ll manage multiple projects simultaneously, lead collaborative teams, and build deep expertise across workplace strategy, design, and change.
What You’ll Do- Lead end-to-end delivery of workplace strategy projects, from brief to final output
- Manage clients and build trusted, long-term relationships
- Oversee the production of clear, compelling reports, studies, proposals, and presentations
- Run interviews, workshops, and engagement sessions to gather and interpret insights
- Translate data, research, and qualitative findings into actionable strategies
- Mentor and guide junior team members, setting a high standard for quality and performance
- Collaborate closely with designers and cross-practice teams, including the wider commercial studio
- Contribute to RFP responses, resourcing plans, fees, and programme tracking
- Support the development of new tools, methodologies, and thought leadership
