Your RoleAs the Workplace Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of the office operations. You will be the first point of contact for staff and visitors, taking charge of administrative duties, workspace logistics, and maintaining a productive and positive workplace environment.
Key Overview
Office Operations: Manage the general upkeep of the office, ensuring all facilities are operational, clean, and wellâstocked.
Front Desk Management: Greet visitors, manage incoming calls, and oversee the reception area to create a welcoming atmosphere.
Event Coordination: Organise teamâbuilding activities, meetings, and company events to cultivate a vibrant workplace culture.
Administrative Support: Assist various teams with administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence and document preparation.
Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, addressing any workplace concerns effectively.

Key Requirements
