This is a fantastic opportunity for a Workplace Estates Coordinator who knows how workplaces tick from a technical and facilities perspective to join a dedicated Workplace team for a flagship office in London.
You will ensure office spaces meet regulatory standards and reflect the values for colleagues, visitors and contractors. Working with the Front of House team to maintain high-quality customer service and hospitality you will be responsible for managing planned preventative maintenance for all sites, coordinating general and specialised repairs with external vendors.
You will be overseeing facilities work and conducting regular inspections to keep offices safe, clean and well-maintained.
You will need 3-5 years of experience within workplace coordination, facilities management or estates coordination. The core experience is with the back-of-house facilities infrastructure – knowledge of HVAC, lighting, security, cleaning and general workplace infrastructure.
