- Manage clients and build trusted, long-term relationships
- Oversee the production of clear, compelling reports, studies, proposals, and presentations
- Run interviews, workshops, and engagement sessions to gather and interpret insights
- Translate data, research, and qualitative findings into actionable strategies
- Mentor and guide junior team members, setting a high standard for quality and performance
- Collaborate closely with designers and cross-practice teams, including the wider commercial studio
- Contribute to RFP responses, resourcing plans, fees, and programme tracking
- Support the development of new tools, methodologies, and thought leadership
What You Bring
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple workstreams and deadlines
- Confidence managing client expectations and delivering exceptional service
- Excellent written and verbal communication — concise, polished, and persuasive
- The ability to create and deliver engaging presentations and workshop content
- A strategic mindset, with strong problem-solving and analytical capability
- Experience interpreting data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities
- A solid understanding of how organisations operate, make decisions, and manage change
- Knowledge of workplace design, employee experience, and organisational change
- Familiarity with workplace technologies, regulations, and sustainability principles
- A strong interest in emerging trends shaping the future of work and workplace design
- Impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality
