You’ll manage multiple projects simultaneously, lead collaborative teams, and build deep expertise across workplace strategy, design, and change.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of workplace strategy projects, from brief to final output
  • Manage clients and build trusted, long-term relationships
  • Oversee the production of clear, compelling reports, studies, proposals, and presentations
  • Run interviews, workshops, and engagement sessions to gather and interpret insights
  • Translate data, research, and qualitative findings into actionable strategies
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, setting a high standard for quality and performance
  • Collaborate closely with designers and cross-practice teams, including the wider commercial studio
  • Contribute to RFP responses, resourcing plans, fees, and programme tracking
