Job Description Position: Design Manager Sector: Commercial Workplace Location: London Salary: £55k Keen to join a growing architectural and design practice that focuses on delivering exceptional commercial workplaces? Are you looking to move from pure technical design into a management role? This could be for you! You will be joining a growing practice focused on designing the workplaces of the future. Due to a serious period of sustained growth, they are seeking a Design Manager for two major new clients to deliver significant workplace projects from end to end. You will be responsible for providing design support primarily in project administration, design development, and contract documents. Requirements: Circa 5 years of experience in technical design specifically for commercial workplaces. Strong Revit experience. Extensive knowledge of design principles and standards for commercial workplaces. On a day-to-day basis, you will create contract documents, manage client relationships, and apply your skills in interior architecture detailing for top-tier clients.
