Network Engineer Contract, Inside IR35, 6 months +

  • Hold current SC clearance
  • Prepared to work onsite in Barrow, 4 (possibly 5) days per week.

Experience to include

  • Cisco SDA – Switch migration project
  • Cisco DNA centre – SDA switch management tool (upskilling existing team to manage, admin and monitor SDA switches)
  • Cisco ACI – Deliver ACI HealthCheck & software upgrade, then move to APIC replacement project
  • Cisco ACI training/upskilling the existing team on how to manage and maintain the system going forward
  • Wi-Fi/Meraki wireless, configuring AP\’s, managing, optimising, surveying, re-design, capacity
  • Meraki skills – managing, maintaining, monitoring (upskilling existing team)
  • Network Capacity/Planning
  • SolarWinds – configuring, optimising, creating reports, integration into service now, alerting configurations –
  • Firewalls/Palo Alto/Panorama – Aqua & purple – onsite
  • Analogue telephony – emergency phone remediation, faults and replacements
