Sales Development Representative (SDR) — Data Resilience & Cyber Security

New Malden, KT3 — Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days remote) £35K–£40K base + Commission + Benefits

The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 18+ months of SDR or similar sales experience to break into (or continue building) a career in IT sales. You'll be prospecting mid-market commercial organisations, qualifying opportunities, and booking meetings, working closely with the sales and technical teams across the full cycle from first touch to close.

What you'll be doing:

  • Promoting Data Resilience and Cyber Security solutions to new prospects
  • Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities
  • Booking and conducting meetings alongside senior sales and technical colleagues
  • Hitting activity KPIs — calls, contacts, and meetings booked
  • Building your technical knowledge through ongoing training

  • Proactive, confident, and resilient — you're comfortable picking up the phone
  • Strong communicator with good written and verbal skills
