Saunders Scott is recruiting a Senior Recruitment Consultant - Information Technology to grow its tech desk across the UK and mainland Europe.

Based in Teddington with a hybrid model (2 days onsite), you will manage existing accounts and win new business in IT.

You will lead end-to-end recruitment for permanent and freelance roles, map talent pipelines, and partner with hiring managers.

The role offers an uncapped commission and an OTE of £60–£100K, plus a company laptop and phone.
