Key Responsibilities

  • Sales role responsible for prospecting cold accounts, qualifying leads, and booking meetings for Account Executives or Recruitment Consultants.
  • SDR with an interest in the recruitment industry. Main focus is to generate new leads across the I.T sector in the UK, USA & EMEA region.
  • Prospecting & Research: Identify key decision-makers within target accounts and research their pain points to craft personalized outreach.
  • Multichannel Outreach: Execute targeted outbound campaigns via cold calling, email, social selling (LinkedIn), and video messaging.
