Business Development Manager

Up to £70k base + commission + car allowance

  • Bring innovation to develop a new strategic vision in line with customers\’ business imperatives.
  • Align to key contacts and build credible relations at all levels.
  • Driving Digital Transformation
  • Unified Communications, Customer experience, Employee Experience
  • Develop detailed account plans outlining the vision to revenue roadmap.
  • Providing feedback on market trends and competitor activity
  • A good understanding of the Global IT
  • Minimum of 4 + years\’ experience in sales or account management.
  • Strong leadership and entrepreneurial skills.
  • Ability to lead business and solution-related discussions with customers.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • The ability to deliver effective presentations both internally and externally.
  • Superior negotiation and selling skills.
  • The ability to consistently generate new sales opportunities.
  • Ability to forecast sales and revenues effectively.
  • Language skills are an advantage but not essential
  • You will be a confident, decisive and team player with a flexible approach to work and a drive to exceed.
