Starting life in 2015, but tracing its history back to 1974, the firm now employees fifty people. The friendly and down to earth teams, led by partners Nia and Matthew, advise on the full-range of litigation matters, from commercial and civil litigation, to media law, criminal litigation, human rights and civil liberties work, to international arbitration and appeals to the Privy Council.

The role
We are looking to hire a litigation solicitor, to work within our commercial litigation and dispute resolution team.
This team handles a full-range of commercial litigation as it affects businesses, charities, public bodies and individuals, both in this jurisdiction and across the globe, including:
- Breach of contract
- Civil and business fraud
- High-value debt recovery
- Media and defamation
You will have the opportunity to work on challenging cases alongside experienced partners and senior associates, while taking on significant client-facing responsibilities.

Requirements
- English-qualified solicitor with 2 – 5 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) in commercial litigation
- Demonstrable knowledge and experience of advising clients on commercial dispute resolution, both autonomously and as part of a team in at least two of the above practice areas
- Evident marketing and business-development ability, with a truly commercial mindset
- Excellent drafting, research, and communication skills
- Ambition, a ‘can do attitude’ and a sense of humour are vital
- Candidates who have particular experience of managing defamation claims, would be of real interest
