The predicted salary is between 9.9 - 12.1 £ per hour.

PLEASE NOTE: This is for a weekend part-time position plus other potential shifts throughout the month.

We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic receptionist to help greet our guests and make sure their stay is comfortable and exciting.

The role will be dynamic as you will also be signing on new members and fulfilling a sales role as well, which will certainly help with your career progression within the group.

Good candidates will also take on other small jobs and help out throughout the day.

Our group will be expanding its centres across the UK and internationally, and with it, opportunities to grow your career within the group.

Your Job Role will cover but may not be limited to the following

  • Standard receptionist roles & admin
  • Greeting customers and guiding them on our experience, taking feedback.
  • Taking online and verbal bookings
  • Running our membership and booking software
  • Coordinating with our instructors and assisting with studio rota & bookings (we also have a studio manager for this task)
  • Assistance in day-to-day running of the boutique café & barista experience.
  • Monitoring our spa systems and assisting with maintenance, where possible.
  • Regular cleaning and visual inspections of the spa and facilities to ensure the space is presentable and functional for our guests. (Note, we will have a daily professional cleaning team for deep cleaning).
  • Assisting with customer service emails and responses.
