Digital Architect - Relocate To Saudi Arabia

Overview

We are seeking a Digital Architect to join our Digital Platforms & Architecture Design Division (DP&ADD) within the Digital Transformation Organization.

DP&ADD is responsible for Digital Platforms Architecture Design & Governance function which includes developing, maintaining and updating the enterprise digital reference architecture. DP&ADD also lead the cross organizational Digital Architecture Technical Review teams and establish all digital platforms architecture, design and technology principles and guidelines.

Your primary role will be to develop digital reference architecture, solution architecture, related standards, architecture patterns and partnering with IT and business stakeholders to create business values across the value chain.

Key Responsibilities

As the successful candidate you will be required to perform the following:

1. Accelerate digitalization by working closely with key stakeholders to develop the digital strategy, roadmaps and partner with implementation teams to ensure the successful delivery of the digital platforms.
2. Review and analyze user requirements, recommend and develop solution proposals to meet customer’s requirements and ensuring the alignment with enterprise-wide digital architecture strategy.
3. Perform the digital architecture governance function by conducting formal reviews of the project artefacts to ensure alignment with the overall digital architecture vision.
4. Develop policies, standards, and processes for digital platforms governance and solution architecture.
5. Develop, maintain, and govern enterprise digital reference architecture and digital platforms portfolio.
6. Develop solutions architecture design documents addressing integration, data, security, and infrastructure requirements.
7. Lead major programs, collaboration, and engagements with stakeholders to develop global platforms and initiatives addressing business and technology challenges.
8. Conduct technical evaluation of solutions, platforms, and new technologies.
9. As the successful candidate you will hold a Bachelor Degree in computer science, information technology, or engineering. A Master Degree is preferred.
10. You should have a minimum of 7 years’ experience in solutions design & development, digital enterprise architecture, application design & development, platforms, databases, Integration and cloud platforms.
11. The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) Open Group Open Certified Architect (Open CA) or any other relevant Architecture certification is desired.
12. You must be able to demonstrate a solid understanding of the latest digital technologies including Artificial Intelligence, blockchain, IoT, data science and analytics, cloud computing, Integration, DB technologies (relational, timeseries) etc.
13. Experience in designing and deploying solutions in cloud-native enterprise applications in public, private and hybrid cloud models (AWS, Azure, GCP, OpenShift) is also required.
14. You must also have a deep understanding of the service oriented (microservices), headless and event driven and Integration architecture.
15. You should also show ability to lead the development of architecture runways required across projects within a domain and provides day-to-day technical leadership/ guidance to the delivery team.
