Key Responsibilities- Creating amazing experiences for our customers through offering authentic customer service that will leave a lasting impression.
- Achieving sales targets and performance metrics.
- Interact with our wonderful customers and educate them on our product, striving to build rapport and lasting relationships.
- Store Standards – maintaining store standards, front and back, including visual merchandising, managing deliveries, maintaining stock replenishment, helping loss prevention and adhering to health & safety procedures.
- Be responsible for cash management and adhere to all policy and procedures for security & health & safety and stock accuracy standards.
- Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and obtaining customer data.
- Flexible schedule and availability to work weekends and holidays.
- Retail sales experience is preferred, but not required.
