We are looking for someone who is responsible, reliable, service-oriented, and enjoys having fun while they work. This person will support the team in alignment with our values and act as the go-to person in the absence of the Store Manager. You will be a role model for the team, remaining cool, calm, and collected under pressure. You will prioritise being a fountain of knowledge on product and standards, assisting with administrative and operational duties and general store security.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the store management team in all aspects of running the store including opening and closing, cash-handling, stock control, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and well-presented store.
  • Act as a role model for the team by demonstrating a positive attitude and commitment to product knowledge.
  • Create amazing experiences for our customers through authentic customer service.
  • Achieve sales goals and performance metrics, driving the store's success by being an ambassador and supporting local marketing efforts.
  • Perform other duties as required/assigned by the manager.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies including health and safety regulations and inventory management.
  • Take ownership over stock management and execute visual merchandising guidelines, contributing towards and delivering on store KPIs.
  • Organise and host running and lifestyle events that engage the local community.
  • Build and nurture a strong community around the brand by creating meaningful connections with customers and local groups.
  • Collaborate with external partners to bring energising and innovative events to the store.
  • Leverage social media and other channels to promote events and share community stories.
  • Gather feedback from community events to continuously improve engagement strategies.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Required
  • Demonstrated retail sales success.
  • Experience working in a customer-facing role.
  • Supervisory experience is preferred, but not essential.
  • Flexible and adaptable, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible schedule and availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Passion for our brands and brand lifestyles.
