As a Retail Associate, you will be responsible for creating memorable customer interactions, achieving sales targets, and maintaining store standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service that leaves a lasting impression.
- Achieve sales targets and performance metrics.
- Educate customers on products, building rapport and lasting relationships.
- Maintain store standards, including visual merchandising, deliveries, stock replenishment, loss prevention, and health & safety procedures.
- Handle cash management and uphold all security, health & safety, and stock accuracy policies.
- Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming launches and collecting customer data.
- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
- Flexible schedule with availability for weekends and holidays.
- Retail sales experience is preferred, but not required.
- Passion for our brands and brand lifestyles.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Positive, professional attitude.
