They’re hiring a New Markets Senior Account Executive, someone who knows how to open doors in academic environments and build new markets from the ground up. This isn’t a role where you inherit a territory or a playbook. You’ll be responsible for finding the opportunity, shaping the narrative, and building pipeline from scratch. Paying £60 – 80k base with another £40k OTE in year 1 which is uncapped plus equity and excellent benefits too. This role is hybrid with 3 days a week in their Central London offices.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead commercial expansion into the university and education sector
  • Build and execute outbound prospecting campaigns to generate new opportunities
  • Shape early positioning, messaging and value propositions for a new vertical
  • Run full early-stage sales cycles from discovery to validation and internal handover
  • Work closely with product and leadership to feedback market insights
  • Develop repeatable GTM frameworks that can scale

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience selling into universities, higher education, or within EdTech
  • Proven track record of building new markets or verticals without an established playbook, this needs to be focused to more complex, multistakeholder/multi-threading experience etc
  • Comfortable with outbound–writing sequences, cold outreach, and opening new conversations
  • Strong communicator able to engage senior academic or operational stakeholders
  • Commercially curious, data-aware, and comfortable iterating quickly to find what works

Why This Role?

  • Opportunity to own a brand-new market from day one
  • Direct influence on GTM strategy and commercial direction
  • Backed by strong funding and leadership with ambitious growth plans
  • Hybrid culture with in-office collaboration and startup pace
