What You'll Do
The Head of Outbound is currently running 15 SDRs solo β including five new starters β and needs a people-first manager alongside him fast. This is a hands-on role with a clear brief: stabilise the team, develop the people, and drive pipeline performance back to quota and beyond. You'll report into the Head of Outbound, with direct visibility to the CRO
- Manage and develop 8β10 SDRs day-to-day, with coaching as your primary lever
- Mentor an internal candidate being considered for a junior team lead position
- Partner with the embedded GTM Engineer to embed AI-native tooling into the SDR workflow
- Build repeatable processes and playbooks in a still-maturing outbound function
- Report into the Head of Outbound with CRO-level visibility
What You'll Need
Proven experience managing an SDR or outbound team, not just excelling as an individual contributor
