Job Description
Our Client
Our client is a purpose-driven true SaaS start-up, with a product that is almost essential and addresses a very real problem across key industries in the UK. Since launching last year, they have secured funding from excellent investors and grown to a team 25. They are now looking to hire a Sales Director to take full ownership of the sales function, leading a small team from the front and spearheading the growth from here. If you love the idea of being somewhere from the beginning and playing a huge part in the growth story, this is it.
What You’ll Get
As Sales Director, you can expect a base salary of 80-100k, plus commission and equity. They also offer a great perks and benefits package. With a hybrid working model, you’ll be expected to spend at least three days a week in their London office. Being part of an early-stage business, the role is filled with opportunities to play an important role in their journey, with significant growth expected.
What You’ll Do
As the Sales Director, you will be ready to take charge of the entire sales motion of the business. This pivotal role will focus on accelerating the GTM strategy targeting specifically the UK Care Sector, which is key to their growth at this stage. You’ll also be responsible for building innovative approaches for new sectors and creating repeatable processes to drive success. Leading a team of four, you’ll have the opportunity to expand the team as the business grows. It’s important that you can lead from the front, and are still happy selling on the front line!
What You’ll Need
As a Sales Director, you will have either led or played a significant role in a key stage of growth within a start-up. The ideal candidate is someone eager to own the entire sales engine and has proven leadership experience. You should be ready to lead from the front, driving the team towards success, and thrive in the dynamic, ever-changing environment of a start-up. If you’re passionate about making an impact in a truly purpose-driven business, and are confident navigating the challenges of rapid growth within an early-stage business, we want to hear from you!
