This role is the engine behind the engine, owning top-of-funnel strategy, GTM engineering, and pipeline operations across a fast-moving sales function.

About the Role Sitting at the intersection of commercial strategy and GTM execution.

Reporting directly to the Head of GTM.

First of two planned hiring waves — more commercial hires to follow based on pipeline targets.

Responsibilities You’ll own the top of the funnel.

That means pipeline strategy, GTM engineering, and making sure the commercial team has the infrastructure, tooling, and processes to operate at pace.

This isn’t a pure ops role — there’s a strong commercial edge required.

You’ll work closely with the AE team and the two Partnerships Managers to build a pipeline motion that scales, and you’ll report directly to the Head of GTM.

Ambiguity is a feature, not a bug.

This role is what you make it.

Own pipeline strategy, pipeline health, and top-of-funnel performance across the GTM function.

Build and manage the GTM engineering infrastructure inc tooling, automation, data, and sequencing.

Partner closely with AEs and Partnerships Managers to align pipeline with commercial targets.

Identify gaps and inefficiencies in the go-to-market motion and build solutions for them.

Support the same PE-backed, office-of-CFO ICP as the rest of the GTM team.

Qualifications A background spanning GTM operations, revenue operations, or GTM engineering, in B2B Saa S.

Required Skills Genuine commercial acumen, you understand pipeline economics, not just process.

Comfortable owning ambiguity and building from scratch in a newly-created role.

High resilience and intrinsic drive, this is a fast-paced, high-accountability environment where autonomy is earned and expected.

Based in London or Paris with the ability to work in-office a minimum of 3 days a week.

Preferred Skills Bonus if: Experience building a pipeline or outbound motion from scratch at a Series A/B stage company, or exposure to PE-backed B2B Saa S go-to-market.
