Do you want to work for a company solving a huge problem with little competition currently, super smart founders, great investors and fantastic sales leadership? This is a truly unique chance to get in early as one of the first sales hires. As a Sales Development Representative, you will receive a basic salary of £35-40k with £20k uncapped OTE, plus an equity stake and some fantastic benefits. This is somewhere to learn loads and build an amazing career, as there will be plenty of chances for promotion.

There is a hybrid working model in place but given the start-up nature of their business they want this hire in their offices 60% of their working week, and their offices are in Shoreditch.

Your key responsibility will be growing the client base through lead generation and qualifying prospects. You will need 1-2 years in B2B sales, and will be ready to throw yourself into a true start-up environment. You must be a hustler, a doer, a contributor, be curious, thoughtful and creative and know that the start-up life is a journey with lots of twists but plenty of amazing experiences along the way.
