An AI-native, VC-backed finance platform that's building something genuinely new in the enterprise CFO tech stack. Post-Series A, with a planned Series B in 2027, they've got product-market fit, strong win rates, and a commercial team now being built with intent.

This role is the engine behind the engine, owning top-of-funnel strategy, GTM engineering, and pipeline operations across a fast-moving sales function. Sitting at the intersection of commercial strategy and GTM execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own pipeline strategy, pipeline health, and top-of-funnel performance across the GTM function.
  • Build and manage the GTM engineering infrastructure including tooling, automation, data, and sequencing.
  • Partner closely with AEs and Partnerships Managers to align pipeline with commercial targets.
  • Support the same PE-backed, office-of-CFO ICP as the rest of the GTM team.

Requirements:

  • Genuine commercial acumen; you understand pipeline economics, not just processes.
  • Comfortable owning ambiguity and building from scratch in a newly-created role.
  • Based in London or Paris with the ability to work in-office a minimum of 3 days a week.

Bonus if:

  • Experience building a pipeline or outbound motion from scratch at a Series A/B stage company, or exposure to PE-backed B2B SaaS go-to-market.
