The predicted salary is between 135000 - 165000 £ per year.

A rent guarantor for people who don't have one: international students, overseas hires, freelancers and anyone new to UK renting.

They launched in April 2026, have been profitable every month since, and have already had a £1m revenue month.

They've raised $6m and signed 60,000+ units with some of the UK's biggest build-to-rent operators.

Next year's target is to triple revenue.

What You'll Get

Competitive base up to £150k, uncapped commission and equity.

You'll be the first GTM hire, reporting to the Founder & CEO, with a clear path to building and leading the commercial team and a route to the C-suite.

The role is in central London four days a week, with Fridays at home.

What You'll Do

So far the founder has won every deal.

Your job is to change that.

You'll build the playbook, set up the CRM and metrics, and take the business beyond build-to-rent into estate agencies managing 100 to 3,000 properties, then relocation firms, employers and overseas partners.

You'll also close deals yourself.

The sales cycle is short, so pace matters.

Year one is a success if there's a repeatable sales process and at least one channel winning deals without the founder involved.

What You'll Need

You've built a sales process from scratch at an early-stage company and closed complex B2B deals.

You're self-driven, low-ego and honest enough to share bad news early.

Proptech, fintech or lettings experience is a plus, but how you build pipeline matters more than who you know.

It's a team of around ten and the pace is intense, so you'll need to want that.
