Their customer list includes some of the best-known scale-ups in Europe.

The commercial trajectory is just as strong: Β£2.5M ARR to Β£26M ARR in 4 years, 2x'd revenue for three consecutive years; targeting Β£33M by year end. Profitable by Q4 2026, never laid off a single member of staff and great reviews on Glassdoor and RepVue. 160 people, all London-based, with a GTM function that's genuinely maturing. AI and automation already embedded into the SDR stack via a dedicated GTM Engineer.

What You'll Get

What You'll Do

  • The Head of Outbound is currently running 15 SDRs solo β€” including five new starters β€” and needs a people-first manager alongside him fast. • Able to back every answer with real examples, no textbook responses.
