Our client is a SaaS start-up that is only 3 years old, with less than 30 people currently. This is a truly unique chance to get in early as one of the first sales hires. If you love the idea of getting in early and playing a huge part in the growth story then this is it.
What You’ll Get
As a Sales Development Representative, you will receive a basic salary of £35-40k with £20k uncapped OTE, plus an equity stake and some fantastic benefits. The environment is pure start‑up vibes, so it’s dynamic, fast‑paced, and ever‑changing. This is somewhere to learn loads and build an amazing career, as there will be plenty of chances for promotion. There is a hybrid working model in place but given the start‑up nature of their business they want this hire in their offices 60% of their working week, and their offices are in Shoreditch.
What You’ll Do
As a Sales Development Representative, and one of the first sales hires in the business, your key responsibility will be growing the client base through lead generation and qualifying prospects. You will work closely with the Sales Director who will be responsible for closing deals, but there is super quick progression into a 360 role yourself. You will be targeting several key industries.
What You’ll Need
As a Sales Development Representative, you will need 1‑2 years in B2B sales, and will be ready to throw yourself into a true start‑up environment. You must be a hustler, a doer, a contributor, be curious, thoughtful and creative and know that the start‑up life is a journey with lots of twists but plenty of amazing experiences along the way.
