We’re working with a rapidly growing, mission-led environmental technology scale-up, who are transforming how businesses measure and act on biodiversity. By leveraging cutting-edge data science, AI, and field-based measurement tools, they help global organisations align with ESG goals and sustainability regulations. Backed by major investors and committed to real-world environmental impact, they are scaling quickly and building a world-class commercial team.

What You’ll Do

As Account Manager, you’ll lead the growth and success of key clients within the agriculture sector, helping them embed biodiversity insights into their sustainability strategies. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and expanding relationships with supply chain and sustainability stakeholders
  • Identifying growth opportunities and driving revenue through expansion within existing accounts
  • Supporting project delivery to ensure quality and client satisfaction
  • Driving client success through regularly engaging with stakeholders, delivering consistent positive outcomes
  • Representing the business at industry events and forums

What You’ll Get

  • £45,000-£55,000 base salary +15-20k OTE
  • Hybrid working, 2-3 days a week in either the London or Guildford office

What You’ll Need

  • 2-3 years within a commercially drive role
  • Solid experience in account management within agriculture, ESG, or sustainability
  • Proven ability to grow accounts and deliver strategic client outcomes
  • Strong understanding of agricultural supply chains and sustainability challenges
  • To be a self-starter, proactive, organised, and have a true passion for sustainability!
