As they continue to scale their commercial team, they are looking to hire an Account Manager to join their Higher Education team.
What You’ll Do
- Developing strategic partnerships and understanding client needs within the higher education sector.
- Managing the delivery and performance of client projects, ensuring smooth execution.
- Crafting and implementing strategic plans to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
- Identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to maximize client account value.
- Leading client renewals while driving account growth.
- Collaborating with internal teams to align on client needs and contribute to organizational success.
What You’ll Need
- Proven experience in a B2B Account Management or Customer Success role.
- Knowledge of the Higher Education sector and its unique dynamics – this is essential!
- A strong ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
