Role Overview
We’re hiring an Account Manager for a US-focused analytics SaaS platform used by global brands to uncover insights through language and data. You’ll own a portfolio of enterprise clients across multiple sectors, focusing on sports and financial services, acting as a trusted commercial partner and driving growth through insight‑led strategy. This role is for someone who loves autonomy, travel, and responsibility, working directly with senior US stakeholders and leading QBRs, tradeshows, and strategic reviews.

Base pay range
London (Hybrid 3 days a week in office) · £45k – £55k base + £15k – 20k OTE
Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of enterprise clients across multiple sectors with a focus on sports and financial services.
- Act as a trusted commercial partner and drive growth through insight‑led strategy.
- Lead QBRs, tradeshows, and strategic reviews with senior US stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in Account Management or Customer Success roles.
- Client revenue growth experience; MEDDICC / SPIN Selling experience is essential.
- Deep understanding of how to build trusted, commercial relationships.
- Ability to get hands‑on working with Account Plans, Deck Slides, etc.
- Flexibility to travel to the US for client meetings and events every other month.
