You’ll collaborate with Production Executives, Producers, and senior finance colleagues to keep shows running smoothly, strengthen processes, and make sure numbers tell the real story. • What you’ll be doing:
• Taking the lead on the financial management of multiple productions from setup to delivery
• Partnering closely with creative and production teams to guide spend, forecasts, and key decisions
• Managing cost reports, cashflow tracking, and month-end processes
• Ensuring financial controls, compliance, and systems are tight and reliable
• Supporting Production Managers and junior finance staff with clear guidance and collaboration
• Acting as a trusted voice across projects, helping keep production workflows efficient and commercially sound

• About you:
• Experienced production accountant with strong knowledge of TV/film production finance
• Solid understanding of budgeting, cost reporting, and production systems (e.g., PMI, Excel, or similar)
• Confident working across multiple projects at once and staying calm under pressure
• A great communicator who can work with creatives, producers, and senior leadership alike
• Naturally collaborative, solutions-focused, and comfortable owning deadlines
• Experience in unscripted, branded content, sport, or entertainment is a real plus
